Interesting percussion parts add to the rhythmic drive of this piece with some mixed meter aspects.  A beautiful lyrical middle section interrupts the brighter tempo of the  opening and closing.

This piece is both delightful and instructive, offering a multitude of instructional  opportunities for younger performers.
